Before choosing a class
The right class for you
Adults start at age 12; beginners start with Fundamentals. Youth starts from age 5, with the group confirmed by the team. Competition requires coach approval.
A listed session does not guarantee availability or eligibility. Confirm your first visit and booking with the team.

Sunday–Thursday: 09:00–21:00; Saturday: 09:00–14:00; Friday: closed
Plenty of parking is available in front of the gym.
